I'm Tim Shadduck, and I've been designing, building, and maintaining WordPress websites since 2017. I've led development teams at digital marketing agencies, managed portfolios of more than 120 client websites at a time, and built processes that cut development time in half while raising page speed scores by more than 400%.
Much of my work has been for law firms, professional service firms, and local businesses, where a slow or broken website means lost leads. Is there a long-term contract?
No. Every plan is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Who will I actually be working with?
Me. Vanguard Digital Partners is owner-operated, so I handle every account directly, from the first site review to every update, fix, and report.
What happens if my site goes down or gets hacked?
Uptime and security are monitored 24/7, and critical issues get on-demand support from 8am to 8pm Eastern. Fixing downtime and cleaning up malware is included on every plan at no extra charge.
What happens to hours I don't use?
Half of your unused hours carry over to the next month, up to 50% above your base package. For example, on a 6-hour plan with no hours used, 3 hours roll over for a total of 9 the next month. Work beyond your monthly budget is billed at $80/hr.
What platforms do you support?
WordPress, including WooCommerce stores and sites built with Elementor, Gutenberg, ACF, and most popular themes and page builders.
What's included in the free site health check?
I review your plugins and updates, security, page speed, and broken links or 404 errors, then send you a summary of what I find and what I'd fix first. There's no cost and no obligation to sign up.
Can I build a custom plan?
Yes. Custom plans start with Lite. From there, add site health optimization, page speed optimization, monthly reporting, and as many support hours as you need.
